ORDERING & ENQUIRY
- Please read through our Shopping Information and Terms & Conditions before placing orders.
- Orders are to be placed by email, or through the order cart or through Facebook or through the order form found at the bottom of each catalog
- A confirmation email will be sent within 2 days of placement of orders
- In the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will send you a notification. You may choose to replace with another item, or wait for the next shipment.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY
- All prices are final. No negotiation allowed.
- Payment is to be made within a week of confirmation, after which order is automatically cancelled unless otherwise stated.
- Payment mode is by electronic transfer (POSB / UOB), or Paypal. Details will be given after confirmation of orders.
- Full sum will be returned if the item ordered is out of stock.
- Goods ordered will be sent out by mail the next day after payment is received.
- Meet up is possible, however location and timing is up to our discretion.
- To prevent the parcel from getting lost or damaged, registered mail is strongly recommended. An additional fee of $2.50 is applicable for using such service.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
- We check all our products before we mail them out. Damages to the product during delivery process are not claimable / refundable.
- There will be NO exchange of item(s) once goods have been sent out.
- Strictly NO refund of item(s).
- Inactive orders [refers to MIA-ers after confirming their orders], rude/unreasonable customers will be blacklisted. This includes scammers and trollers.
- All items prices are fixed, and thus they are not subject to negotiation.
